On September 29, 2023, the results of the Competition were summed up. The Grand Prix was won by the “Saryarka” team of the State Archive of the Karaganda Region. In first place was the “Zhetisu Zhuldyzdary” team from the Zhetysu region, in second place - “Atyraulyk arkhivshiler” from the State Archives of the Atyrau Region, third place - the “Kyran” team from the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The participants of the Competition were awarded prizes. The next competition is held by the winning team. The VI Republican competition for young archivists in 2025 will be held in the State Archive of the Karaganda region.

This youth project has been held once every two years since 2015. During the competition the young professionals discover and demonstrate their creative abilities and talents, exchange professional skills and opinions, and meet fellow archivists from different regions of the country. Congratulations to the “Saryarka” team on their victory!
