On September 26, of the present year the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a seminar for employees of the central office and regional branches of the Television and Radio Complex of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the topic "Documentation Management and Archival Storage of Documents in the Republic of Kazakhstan". The seminar was organized in accordance with the plan of joint events for the development of departmental storage of documents with organizations - sources of acquisition of the Archive of the President.

The seminar was opened by the head of the department of control and support of documentation managment of the Television and Radio Complex E. Syzdykov, who in his speech noted the importance of preserving the documents of the National Archival Fund. The lecturers were the leading expert of the Service for the Formation of the Archival Fonds of the Archive of the President A. Ermagambetova and archivist Zh. Taukebaeva. They spoke about regulatory legal acts in the field of documentation and archival storage of documents, the formation and transfer of documents for departmental storage. They covered in detail the issues of examination of the value of documents, the preparation of inventories and archival files. In conclusion, the staff of the Archive of the President answered questions from the seminar participants.
