In connection with the quarantine measures introduced in the country, seminars for organizations of sources of acquisition of the Archives of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on documentation support for management and archival storage of documents were transferred to the online format.

According to the plans of joint events in September of this year, seminars on the topic "Documentation support of management and storage of documents in an organization" were held in three organizations (RSU "Central Communications Service" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan, RSE "Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan ").

Within the framework of seminars with lectures on the topics "Regulatory legal acts in the field of documentation support for management and archival storage of documents", "Organization and examination of the value of documents in an institution", "Drawing up a nomenclature of cases: purpose and preparation methodology", "Formation of documents into cases" , "Preparation of documents and files for transfer to the departmental archive of the institution" were made by the head of the Acquisition and Documentation Department Zeynelov Zh. S., chief experts of the Office of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan (branch) Nesipbaev A.S., Ermagambetova A. A., Murzabekova K. M.

At the seminars, the issues of scientific and technical processing of documents in organizations, the basic requirements for the development of the nomenclature of the organization's affairs were disclosed and discussed, special attention was paid to the specifics of the examination of the value of documents in the organization. So it was decided to develop a methodological recommendation on the examination of the value of citizens' appeals at the National Center for Human Rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

A total of 107 people took part in the seminars - these are heads and specialists of structural divisions of office-work services, employees of departmental archives.
