On July 30, the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan held an online seminar for employees of the National Bank, including its permanent representative office in Almaty, regional branches and subordinate organizations, on issues of documentation support of the administration and archival storage of documents in the National Bank system. 110 bank employees took part in the seminar. The event was opened by Deputy Director of the Department of Organizational Work and Control of the National Bank I. Dzhampiysova, who focused on the importance of the participation of each Bank employee in the documentation process and emphasized the significance of archival work in the documentation management system.

The lecturers were the head and employees of the Archive Fund Formation Service of the Archive of the President G. Mukazhanova, G. Kudaibergenova and K. Murzabekova. They spoke about the regulatory framework for archival work and documentation management support, the methodology for compiling and assigning a nomenclature of cases, as well as the basic requirements for organizing work with restricted documents. Also during the seminar, the head of the Service for Digitalization and Development of Electronic Archives of the Presidential Archives, K. M. Kabarova, answered questions from participants regarding the functioning of electronic document management and the E-Archive information system.
