On the second day of the Congress, a round table was held on the topic of "Heritage Institutions in International Dialogue and the Legal System". The moderators of the round table were historian, deputy of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan E. Abil and deputy chairman of the National Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage R. Muzafarov. Abuseitova, senior archivist of the Institute of National Remembrance of Poland S. Koller, head of the Digital History Laboratory of KazNPU B. Zhanguttin, professor of the Department of International Law of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University Sh. Tlepina,

Head of the Center for the Study of Materials on Political Repressions of the 20th Century of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Nurymbetov, Professor of the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) A. Velemeno and Research Fellow of the Institute for the Analysis of Changes in Contemporary and Historical Societies (IACCHOS) T. Sirbu. The speeches emphasized the importance of building an international dialogue in the field of archival affairs and law. Cooperation between archivists makes it possible to improve the quality of preservation of archival artifacts and expand the source base of historical research. Joint publications of scientists and archivists from Central Asian countries are necessary. Such work will ensure a high level of information exchange.
