On June 28th, Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan organized an online training seminar on records management and archiving for the central office of the State Institution “Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Financial Monitoring” and employees of its regional departments. This video conference is held within the framework of the plan for of joint activities with organizations - acquisition sources for the development of records management and departmental storage of records. The participants of the training seminar were welcomed by the Deputy Director of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan R. Karibzhanova and the Deputy Director of the Department of Strategy and Operational Management T. Turdubekov.

The training was held in strict, constructive format, and the presentations were supplemented with specific examples from the practice of government agencies. Participants discussed issues of effective public administration in the new digital environment, talked about the need to improve documentation support for public administration management, gained an understanding of modern requirements for storing documents in an organization’s archive, and became familiar with the procedure for conducting an examination of the value of documents.
