On the second day of the Congress, a round table was held on the topic of "Institutionalization and effective management of archives". The moderator of the round table was R. Karibzhanova, Deputy Director of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The following domestic experts made presentations: Director of the National Archives of the Republic of Kazakhstan S. Nurlanova, Deputy Director of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan R. Karibzhanova, Head of the Department of the Committee for Archives, Documentation and Book Business S. Tashchanova, Director of the KSI "North Kazakhstan State Archive" S. Malikova, Head of the Rudny City State Archive of the KSI "Kostanay State Archive" E. Selyanina.

The participants of the round table discussed issues of strategic management in archival organizations, shared practical experience of transforming work in the new conditions of informatization of society, considered examples of motivation of archive employees and professional ethics in the archival community. In addition, the authorized body informed them about the results of international cooperation in studying the experience of foreign colleagues.
