On May 25, in the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan there was a meeting with colleagues from Finland. The Finnish delegation includes: Senior Inspector of the National Archives of Finland Prof. Dr. Frolov, Dr. I. Janis-Isokangas and Associate Professor A. Kyahenen. At the meeting, the director of the Archive A. Mustafina spoke about the activities of the Archive. She noted that the Archive has a good practice in organizing the international and republican events.

During the meeting, cooperation between the archives was discussed. The parties discussed scientific projects, including a research project about the Finns in the USSR in 1917-1964. Cooperation with Finnish colleagues is organized under the Agreement between the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Archive of Finland dated July 1, 2021
