On September 13, 2024, the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted tactical-practical exercises in collaboration with the staff of Fire Station No. 5 and Fire Station No. 13 of the "Firefighting and Rescue Service" of the Department of Emergency Situations of Almaty. The voluntary firefighting unit of the Archive also actively participated in the event. According to the tactical plan, an evacuation of people from the building was carried out upon the alarm signal. Additionally, the exercises included extinguishing a simulated fire and rescuing Archive employees from the upper floors of the building.

Rescue operations were performed using the "AL-32" fire truck ladder (with a lifting height of 32 meters). The employees of the Specialized Security Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty also participated in the fire-tactical exercises. Such drills are regularly conducted at the Archive. At the end of the event, the head of the Specialized Security Service of Almaty, M. Amanbekov, and the head of the Department of Emergency Situations of Almaty, N. Agytaev, expressed their gratitude to the director of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, A. Mustafina, for her cooperation and presented letters of appreciation.
