Today, at the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a professional training “The procedure for issuing archival documents fr om the archival repository” was held, wh ere young specialists received information on the topic of the training. The procedure for using archival documents is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the National Archival Fund and Archives” dated 1998, as well as the Rules for the acquisition, storage, accounting and use of documents of the National Archival Fund and other archival documents by state and special state archives (dated 2023). Based on these regulations, the internal procedure for using Archive documents is approved.

During the on-the-job training, senior expert of the Service for the Preservation, accounting and digitization of archival funds - M. Duisenbay answered questions about the procedure for placing orders for the issuing of records from the repository, the period for using the received documents, the procedure for receiving records for the purpose of creating an exhibition or for working on a publication of the collection of documents. G. Duisenova, an expert from the Service for the organization of the use of documents, spoke about the procedure for working in the Archive reading room. She also demonstrated the procedure for ordering files within electronic reading room through the Archive Fund database. In addition, it was recommended to be very careful when working with documents of the National Archival Fund. It was noted that in case of damage to documents, measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
