On October 25-26, 2024, the II International Scientific and Expert Forum named after Andrei Gromyko was held in the city of Mogilev (Republic of Belarus). The Forum was organized by the Russian State Humanitarian University, the Belarusian-Russian University and the Institute of Europe of the Russian Academy of Sciences with the participation of the Association of Foreign Policy Studies n.a. A.A. Gromyko and the Association of European Studies.

The forum was dedicated to current issues of foreign policy, integration and scientific-educational agendas, its participants were leading specialists from universities and research centers of Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan. The head of the Educational and Methodological Center M. Zhylgeldinov spoke at the forum with a report on the topic "Integration processes as a factor in sustainable development (on the example of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan)".
