On October 3, in parallel with other sessions of the Congress, a round table on the topic of "Data Management Systems" was held. The moderators of the round table were the member of the Board - Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the Satbayev University, Doctor of Technical Sciences R. Uskenbaeva and the Director of the Uzarchive Agency U. Yusupov. The topic of the round table attracted special attention of specialists responsible for the development of digital archives. The discussion touched upon important issues related to the development and implementation of specialized software, as well as challenges related to cybersecurity.

The presentations were made by the head of the information service of the Uzarchive Agency A. Aliyev, who spoke about the methods of ensuring openness in the activities of archival institutions of Uzbekistan, as well as the head of the digitization and E-Archive department of the National Archival Agency of Moldova A. Argint. Vice-rector of Satbayev University R. Uskenbaeva shared data management solutions implemented at the university. Also, in an online format, Deputy General Director of DIMI-CENTER LLC (Russain Federation) Yu. Yumasheva spoke about the history and current state of digital archives. Deputy Head of the Department for Management and Development of the Digital Archive of the Institute of National Remembrance of Poland Marek Dabrowski presented the evolution of IPN archival information systems, and Deputy Director of the State Archives Administration of the People's Republic of China Ding Desheng spoke about the concept and practice of "smart archives" in China.
