The database offers readers the biographies of leaders of party, Komsomol, administrative, financial, trade union bodies, education and health care bodies, as well as commissars of military commissariats of Kazakhstan (1919-1991), starting from the county and district levels. The first part of the collection covers the years 1919-1936. The overwhelming majority of documents in the collection are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time.

The edition contains 5010 bioreferences for 2700 persons.
