On April 5, in accordance with the Plan of Joint Events of the Archive of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and organizations - sources of acquisition, members of the Archive Fund Formation Service K. Murzabekova and G. Kudaibergenova lead a seminar for employees of the quasi-public sector - «Institute of Foreign Policy Research» JSC, National Company «KAZAKHINVEST» JSC, Kazakhstan Agency for International Development «KazAID». The event was attended by chief records managers, managers of the administrative and legal department for personnel matters and accountants of organizations. The moderator of the seminar was the Director of the organizational and personnel group of National Company «KAZAKHINVEST» JSC, Zh. Khasenova. The seminar program is “Examination of the value of documents in the quasi-public sector.” In addition, Archive employees spoke about the organization of work with official information of limited distribution in organizations, preparation of organization files for transfer to departmental and state storage. Special attention was paid to the process of developing a nomenclature of case files. At the end of the seminar, participants had Q&A session.
